We are recruiting a Manager for our Strategy & Execution consulting practice, based in Dubai. Managers will typically be professionals with 6+ years of working experience in management consulting, and might also have relevant experience (e.g. strategy) in one or more different industry sectors. Managers play a key role in our project teams and are a major driver of the results we deliver for our clients. As a Manager, you will be leading the project team or a major workstream, be in day-to-day contact with the clients as well as guide and share knowledge with the team

Responsibilities:

Leading teams and projects

Designing, commissioning, and performing data analysis

Conducting internal and external research and interviews

Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients 

Preparing presentations and applying results-driven approaches and solutions 

Master-minding and structuring project engagements

Managing client relationships

Coaching younger team members

Developing and conducting practical skill training within our internal training academy

Willingness to travel 

Required experience:

6+ years of working experience in strategy consulting

Undergraduate or Master’s degree, and, preferably, an advanced degree such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or PhD from a leading university with excellent academic results

Advanced knowledge of consulting frameworks, business analysis, and report writing

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Advanced business modelling skills

Advanced MS Office skills

Excellent English language skills with other languages (especially Arabic) a plus
